She married in 1834 Elijah BUTTON the son of Elijah BUTTON and she died 7 Feb 1895 in Concord, Lake co, OH. They had eight children who we think were: Henry Payne BUTTON b 24 Oct 1835; Charles J. BUTTON b 1838; Horace J. BUTTON b abt 1840; Delila L BUTTON b 4 Jul 1842 at Harpersfield, Ashtabula, OH; Albert BUTTON b 6 Mar 1847 in OH; Harriet A. BUTTON b 23 Dec 1843 in OH; Mary Elizabeth BUTTON b 14 Feb 1851 in Painesville, Lake, OH ; Ella M. BUTTON b 4 Jun 1854 in Painesville, Lake, OH. A notice of the marriage on 7 Sep 1834 of Elijah BUTTON to Miss Mary Ann MINOR appeared 12 Sep 1834 in the Painesville Telegraph newspaper, pg 3 col 3 as follows: "MARRIED: In this village on the 7th inst. by Wm. Kerr, Esq. Mr. Elijah Button , to Miss Mary Ann MINOR. We are puzzling over the fact that two ladies named "Mary Ann" married men named Elijah BUTTON in 1834. Elijah BUTTON, Sr born abt 1785 and his son, Elijah BUTTON Jr. b 1808 were both still living in 1834.
