The Sun City News, Friday, June 13, 2003: ARTHUR EUGENE TUOKKOLA, 74, died of cancer May 27 at his home in Poulsbo, Wash. Born in Painesville, Ohio, Mr. Tuokkola lived in Sun City 13 years before he moved to Poulsbo. He was a field representative for Southern California Edison Co. before he retired in 1988. Mr. Tuokkola attended Ohio State University for two years. He served in the U.S. Army from 1946 to 1948. Mr. Tuokkola is survived by two daughters, Tauna Rae of Washington and Dawna Anderson of Lathrop; and three grandchildren. Memorial services were May 31 at his daughter's home in Poulsbo. Kitsap Cremation and Burial Society in Port Orchard, Wash. handled the arrangements. Memorial contributions: Hospice of the donor's choice.
