Sandi, The manuscript indices at Morley only go to 1904. The courthouse has indexing for all of the marriages in the county. A lot of Lake County marriages were filmed by LDS and extracted for the IGI. The film you seek would be v. 13-14 1904-1915 - FHL US/CAN Film [ 974921 ] You can order this from your local Family History Center. Unfortunately, the Lake County marriages in the IGI only run to 1886. Currently the court will make you a copy for 25 cents and SASE, but I am not sure how long that will last.
