Marriage possibly happened in 1898 or 1899. They are both from Cleveland, however, no marriage record exists. There is a possibility that they eloped - possibly to another county. Parents of Louisa are James Fred Flint and Sarah Jane Leadbeater. Parents of William are William Guy and Elizabeth Smith. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
