Tonia, You should be able to find the obituary index for this person if there was an obit in the News-Herald. Obits for the Painesville Telegraph 1822-1986 and the News-Herald from 1986 to current are indexed for A,B and most of Cs 1822-current and those from Jan. 1998 to current for all the alphabet. Go to www.morleylibrary.org and click on genealogy, then the obituary index. Then you can order the copy from the library or the genealogical society. Or you could ask a lookup volunteer from the GenWeb page to do it. Try www.rootsweb.com/~ohlake/ then go to Resources and Lookup Volunteers. If it was in the Plain Dealer, you could find the obit index at www.cpl.org It is called the Cleveland News Index, or CLENIX. These are index items form 1976 to current. If it were an older one, they are in the Necrology File, which includes the entire death notice, at the same URL. If you find it in CLENIX, there is an email address to order one to three copies free of charge from Cleveland Public Library (cpl). Cynthia in Lake County On Wed, 7 May 2003 22:36:21 -0400 "Tonia L.
