Wilson, 89, a lifelong Mentor resident and owner of Mentor Heights Nursery in Mentor, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Davis Trust 100 Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby. Masonic services will be held in conjunction at 2 p.m. Mr. Wilson died Tuesday at Garfield Manor Health Care Center in Painesville. He was born Nov. 8, 1902, in Painesville. He was a member of Mentor Christian Church, Masonic Lodge 28 in Painesville, Scottish Rite Valley of Cleveland, Royal Arch Masons Chapter 46 in Painesville, Eagle Commandery 29 in Painesville, and member and past patron of Order of Eastern Star 202 in Willoughby. He was also a member of Lake County Farm Bureau, the Grange, Lake County Nurserymen's Association, and Holden Arboretum in Kirtland. Mr. Wilson was a former longtime member of Lake County Fair Board and former clerk of Mentor Schools. Survivors are his wife, Marion E. (Beebe); daughter Mrs. Frederic (Cynda) Zuch of Cuyahoga Falls; and grandchildren, Adam and Sarah Zuch. His sister, Ruth A. Wilson, died in 1978. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the funeral home. The Rev. William Spangler of Mentor Christian Church will officiate at services. Burial will be in Mentor Cemetery.
