Possible parents are William William H Horn & Sarah Ann (Evans) Horn. Found both in 1870 census for Licking County (Granville) , but not in the 1880 census. I have found in Ceder Hill Cem Newark Ohio that Sarah Ann Horn (age 55y9m12d )d 08/07/1887 in Centerburg Ohio KNOX County, parents Alexander & Lucinda Evans.
