July 5, 1873 and Elizabeth Davis, b. March 20, 1813 in Knox County, d. December 11, 1876. They were the parents of Cindarilla Davis Stockdale, Phillip Davis and Michael Davis. Cindarilla was born in Knox County, Ohio and later married John Clark Stockdale on June 27, 1852 in Bartholomew County, Indiana.
