Jesse Rizer b. Feb 1820 in Allegany Co., Maryland. Married Sophia Miller 3 Nov 1842, Allegany co, Maryland. Jesse Rizer seems to have died aft 1904.

Hill's 1881 "History of Knox County Ohio" mentions a Jesse Riser on p553 in the section on Union Township. The paragraph is about Danville and tells abt the founding of the town and the businesses that were located there when the book was written (abt 1881).
