Surnames: Butler, Decker Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/GWB.2ACE/1319 Message Board Post: Looking for information on Lewis Burlin BUTLER and Drusilla DECKER. The DECKERs came to Knox Co. in 1811. Lewis BUTLER was in the county by 1831, as he married Drusilla at that time. He may have come much earlier with his family, we don't know. A Martha BUTLER, also married into the DECKER/ HORNBECK clan and may be a sister to Lewis. Both Lewis and Drusilla came from VA and/or WV.
