Genealogy is a touchy area when it comes to copyright. Most of what is published is of interest to a very limited audience, mostly it is of interest to the author. As a librarian I am very anxious to have information in the hands of whoever might use it....To be honest in a book such as the birth records of Knox County most of the organization comes right from the public records as well as the information. I tend to error on the side of dissemination of information....spread the wealth so to speak. Cheryl
