Her father, Josiah Frost, b. 29 Jul 1790 in Frostburg Maryland, s/o Josiah Frost and Elizabeth Parnell/Parcell. There is some confusion as to his marriage - one genealogist has it that they were two different Elizabeth's and two marriages.
