Gabbert, 85, died June 8, 2001, at the Country Club Retirement Center. She was born July 26, 1915, in Clarksburg, W.Va., to John R. and Wanda Marie (Keith) Poynter. She was a member of the Duff Street United Methodist Church in Clarksburg, W.Va. She is survived by three daughters, Jolene Haddox of Fairmont, W.Va., Judith Ann Lefevre of Bridgeport, W.Va., and Joyce Rhoades of Howard; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandsons. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Gabbert, in 1959; one sister and one brother. There will be no calling hours. A service will be held at a later date in Clarksburg, W.Va. The North-Dilley Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
