Oh Queries Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Oh/Knox/10673 Surname: KIRKPATRICK, MAHAFFEY, PENROSE ------------------------- Knox County Brown Twp., Kirkpatricks: James, Shipley, Hugh, Alexander, Robert, and John; Wives were Elizabeth, Matilda, Lydia, Hannah, Nancy, Hannah; Children for James and Elizabeth Kirkpatrick were Alexander, Emelene, Joseph, Wilson, James, Shipley, and Elizabeth. They were ALL listed in the 1850 census. James and Elizabeth Mahaffey Kirkpatrick with children moved to Illinois sometime after the census. James and Elizabeth are reported to have died there prior to 1857. Any information is greatly appreciated. Also there was a Shipley Henry Kirkpatrick who married a Matilda Penrose in 1858; Did they have children? What happened to them? Thank You. Honore
