    1. [OHKNOX] Sarah Jane LONG - my brick wall
    2. Hello Listers This is my first post. I have been looking for the parents of Sarah Jane LONG for years. There were more than one in Knox Co., but the one I'm looking for married Jeremiah MYERS on 18 Mar 1841 (so therefore not listed in 1850 census with her parents). Sarah Jane and Jerry lived in Richland Co. for a while and then settled in Galion, Ohio. Sarah died there 01 December 1897. I have her obituary from the Galion paper, but her parents' names are not given. I went to Mt. Vernon and looked at Wills and estate records but didn't find her. I think her father may have been one of the John LONGs, and I found a Will for a John LONG who had a daughter named Sarah, but it wasn't my Sarah. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or is anyone out there related to this Sarah Jane LONG? Thanks, Sandy

    3. Hello, Sandy, I do not have any info on the LONG surname, but am interested in the MYERS she married. I am searching for info on Jesse UNDERWOOD who was married to Julia Ann MYERS. They came from Washington County PA to Knox Co OH in the 1830's. I know of a George Myers family in Washington Co PA that I assume must be related but there are no children named Julia Ann or Jeremiah. This George had a widow Frances who is buried in Coshocton co OH. Do you have any more information on your Jeremiah Myers?
