Childs Date:23 Nov 1852 Box:18 File:452 Bk: C Pg:448-449 five children, brother Nahum M Childs of Genesa (sic) Co, NY, children not named (there is a Genesee county in NY) Knox Co, Ohio Obituaries Vol.1 Democratic Banner Mary Childs, d. 20 Oct 1852, age 42y 1m 7d, spouse: Dr H. A. Childs, died in Mt Liberty Times Mary Ann Childs, d. 1 Oct 1852, age 42y 1m 7d, spouse: Dr. H. E. Childs, died in Mt Liberty, 12 Oct paper (yes, the death dates were different in the book) This is puzzling because the dates are so different but found in Ohio Wills and Estates to 1850: An Index by Carol W. Bell Henry A. Childs, W-1834, KN, wbC, p448 W = Will KN = Knox county wb = will book, will record p = page You will want to get a copy of the will and any probate file from the county probate court.
