In the message I sent yesterday on Henry/Phenes Frazier (Frazer) I mentioned a Henry and Mary Fraysure (Frasher) living in Jelloway, Knox County, Ohio. I failed to mention that this Knox Co. Henry and Mary were to young to be Phenes' parents, however, he could possibly be a brother or cousin. We've been unable to make a connection.
