His marker indicates that he served in WW II (PFC 1697 Service Unit, WW II). He is not buried next to any other Grimm, and there is no mention of a wife. His parents, John and Ora, are also in Workman Cemetery: John H Grimm (b 1866, d 1943) Ora (McElroy) Grimm [w/o John H] (b 1868, d 1938) There are two other "Grimms" in my copy of the Cemeteries book (Vol I). Both are buried at St John's Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery in Pleasant Twp, Knox Co (between Danville and Mount Vernon): George A Grimm (b 1881; d 1963) Cora A Grimm [w/o George A] (b 1880; d 1962) Additionally...from my own family research [Ora McElroy Grimm is in my family]: John H's Date of birth: 08 Nov 1866 Date of death: 31 Dec 1943, in Lawrence County, OH Ora's information: Father: Henry McElroy (b 1839, OH; d 1920, Knox Co, OH; bur: Workman Cemetery Mother: Lovey Robeson (b ?; d 02 Jun 1872, Knox Co, OH: bur: Workman Cemetery [NB: There is no DOB or Age at Death on her stone] They had at least 3 children, Robert M, Burr, and Ora. Henry remarried (Angie Baker) after Lovey's death. John H and Ora had at least three children: John Hermin Grimm (b 22 May 1896) Hugh Clinton (info above) Virginia (b 08 Jun 1904) Hope this helps!
