His cemtery record states he died Jan. 8, 1852. I have been unable to find an LDS film with the actual will and cannot find the right place to write for the will in Knox County. Can you tell me where to write for a will or estate file dated about 1852? By the way according to General Land OFfice records, the land occupied by the cemetery (Township 5, Range 10 Sec. 6) was originally patented to William Hall.
