Looking for Jacob ZINK& Regina/Mary ?, emigrants from Germany to Pennsylvania... guessing about 1835. Ninety-three acre land grant in Greenville Twp., Darke co, Ohio on Oct. 16, 1835 to a Jacob Zink from Pennsylvania. Son Frank Joseph ZINK, born about 1817 in Germany was naturalized in Mont Co. in 184O, which would suggest at least an 1835 arrival or before, since he had to be in the states at least 5 years before being naturalized. Frank Joseph, a butcher, married Theresa Nann/Schweitzer in Hamilton Co.(?) between 1840 - 1842. Estate record for a Jacob ZINK in Knox Co, in 1849. A Sixty-four year old Mary ZINK from Germany was living with (son?) Frank Joseph (age 33) and Theresa (27) ZINK in 1850 in Montg. Co., Ohio. Frank Joseph & Theresa's children included Mary Frances (June 1843), Jacob (Jan 1845), Frank Joseph (Mar. 1847), John M (Oct 1849)., Franklin (abt 1853), Charles (abt 1854), Edward, William (Sept 1858), Gustav (abt 1862), and Emma (abt 1866) Any connections?
