I have recently noticed that there has been some research don on an Ebenezer BROWN from Knox County. His wife was Mary COOK and they had a son named Zenas. I am descended from Elisha BROWN and Rhods KNIGHT whose 2nd son was also named Zenas. Their oldest son was named Ebenezer. Surelt sounds as though there may be a relationship here. Someone has mistakenly hooked the marriage of the Knox County Zenas to the wrong wife. Keziah ELLIOTT married Zenas, son of Elisha, in Morrow County where they both lived.
