Hi Gene, What you're asking for would be a dream come true for all of us searching for our ancestors - but sadly family members weren't listed on the census records until 1850 and birth records weren't kept until after 1867 in Knox Co. If someone can check the 1820 census for you - you will get the head of household and simply how many males and females of various age groups. Checking land records might help you for this early family. The only marriage listing I have for the Wogan surname is: Isaac Wogan m.
