Have recently discovered the surname of Rhoda, wife of Elisha Brown. On the death certificate of one of their daughters, she was listed as Rhoda KNIGHT. Both were born in PA, A good many of both families had connections in Knox County. They were married about 1820/1821 as their first child was born about 1822. Also, there is a slight possibiliy that he could have been listed as Fred E. Brown, though he always signed imself as Elisha. According to all reords that I have found, they lived in Canaan Township, Marion/Morrow County. I have a good deal of information on all 6 of therr children, all born in OH, and will gladly share.
