    3. I am interested in the Wolfe surname. My wife is related to a Christopher Wolfe who emigrated to Mount Vernon in 1816, with his wife Phoebe and her parents (Christian and Mary Douglas Rinehart. He was a farmer. They were the parents of Lewis R., William, John D., Mary Ann, George W., Thomas J., Eliza, and Sameul C. Any information you might give on these individuals would be appreciated. 3. Could some nice soul favor me with four lookups in the Knox County census of 1880? Looking for: 1. M.E. Lilley, b. abt 1868, so he would be 12 years old. Believe "E." stands for Emmett. Would like to know his parents and siblings. 2. Sarah Ellen (Ella) Wolfe, b. abt. 1872, so she would be about 8. Would like to know her parents and siblings. 3. Henry Peters family, wife Anna, children Cecilia 16, Mary Frances 15, Clara Anne 13, Joseph 12, William 9 and Helena 8. Would like to know if my data matches census. Also places of birth for parents and children. 4. Any reference to Theodore Whisler. thanks so much!!! Steve von Hitritz in Richmond, VA

    3. Hello John: Since we exchanged emails back in July, I have found parents and grandparents of my Sarah Ellen Wolfe, b. 1872 in Knox Co and we may have a connection. Sarah Ellen Wolfe, b. 1872 parents: Adam Wolf, b. 1841 and Frances J. Butler, parents: William Wolf, b. August 21, 1803, ??? and Sarah J. Bear all of the above individuals buried in Brinkhaven Ceme, Knox Co., Ohio. I see below that you have a William son of Christopher and Phoebe. Hmmm, I wonder if Christopher is father to my William. William would have been 13 when family migrated to Knox Co. Where did they migrate from? Steve in Richmond. ----- Original Message ----- From: "John Albrecht" <jalbrecht@revealed.net> To: <OHKNOX-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, July 10, 2000 3:34 PM Subject: Re: Knox County Birth Records > I am interested in the Wolfe surname.
