George and Rebecca resided in Knox County for the rest of their lives. George (1796-1858) was the son of James Watkins and Catherine Hen of Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Rebecca died in 1902. I know something of the Watkins family history, but Rebecca Newland remains a mystery. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I would be delighted to exchange information with anyone interested.
