Posted on: Knox Co. Oh Queries Board URL: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Oh/Knox?read=337 Surname: Riley ------------------------- Yes, I'm very interested. Have in been in touch with Irene Orlaska? She is also a decendent of William Riley and has printed a book on the Riley-Shrimplins and decendents. It has been very helpful and she did most of the research going to the source. Through her I learned where Nicholas and Hannah are buried and the farm where they raised their family in Knox Co. Pleas feel free to email me at shartom@netsync.net

My line of McDonalds moved from Parkersburg, WV, to Knox County (close to Hunt Station, five miles south of Mt.Vernon) in about 1915. It is said that other related McDonalds lived in that area prior to their arrival. I would like to hear from McDonalds who may be related. Nathan Evert McDonald (1880-1965) and Ora May Dailey McDonald (1890-1946) were my grandparents. Their children were William, Virgie, Evert and Mary. My email address is jmac1@apex.net. I grew up in Mt.Vernon, but now live in Murray, KY. Will gladly share information.
