    3. Do you have a Martha Butler in your line? Where did your Butler family originate? My Martha Butler was born around 1807, supposedly in Maryland. I have found little information on her, and I don't know when she came to Knox Co. She married Nathaniel Hornbeck 6/17/1830 in Knox and lived in Knox Co. OH until his death around 1849. She remarried Joel Olney in 1850 and moved to Delaware Co. OH. I also have information on a Lewis Burlin Butler, born 9/1808 in Fairfax VA, who married Drusilla Decker, a first cousin of Nathaniel Hornbeck, in Knox Co. I have been unable to connect Lewis Butler to Martha however, since I have no information on her parents or siblings. Any information is greatly appreciated. 3. Susan, I am a descendant of a George A. Koehler (1859-1944) who married a Julia Kiner (1869-1961). George had a brother Henry and 3 sisters -- Mary, Clara and Cora. George and Julia Koehler had 2 children -- Clara and Laurel. I wonder if my George A. Koehler, b. 1859 could be a son of your George Koehler, b. 1825. My Koehler's were from the same area. Oh Queries Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Oh/Knox/583 Surname: PHILLIPS, CHAMBERS ------------------------- Would like to link to anyone knowing of a woman, Mary PHILLIPS (1841-1869) who married Robert Henry CHAMBERS, probably in Knox Co., OH - She died very young - possibly with the child birth of their only son, Edward in 1869. Robert Henry CHAMBERS came to the U.S. with his Mother and siblings in 1841 from Ireland and settled in Knox Co, sometime in the 1840s. I'd like to know if their son, Edward lived and if so, does he have any descendants interested in sharing information about his Chambers & Phillips ancestry.

Oh Queries Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/Oh/Knox/581 Surname: Wolf, Dunbar, Enslow ------------------------- George Wolf was born in 1782 in Pennsylvania and marries Sarah Enslow. Son George was born in Knox County, OH in 1828 his son William Wolf was born in 1857. This family moved to Bureau and Henry Counties Illinois in the 1850's. Believe this family is related to Jamima Wolf and Peter Wolf who lived near them in Henry County. Jamima born 1806 in PA, was married to Hiram Dunbar in Knox County in 1829. Her father was probably Peter or George Wolf. In the 1830 census, John and David Wolf live near them and are also related. Always willing to exchange information. Jacquie
