I checked "BIRTH RECORDS OF KNOX COUNTY, OHIO 1867 TO 1908" but could not find a birth recorded for Bell B Russell or her brother Manford. There is no Father/Mother listing for William H. Russell and Keren Horn. Sorry. Not everyone had their children's birth recorded, especially the first few years after mandated county record keeping (1867).
