    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/GWB.2ACE/1294.1.1 Message Board Post: Thank you so much for the information. I also noticed some GLAZES in Mt.Vernon,Knox Co.,Oh. per the 1880 census index. Suspect they may be related. Have lots of GLAZE families that came to Ohio from Pa.,Md.,Va. early 1800's. Trying to sort them out. Thanks again.

Problem is,some of the old, prior research doesn't hold up.I'm only interested in old Erhardt GLAZE.This GLAZE was reported to have come from Germany to Pa. It was also reported that he had 7 sons. An Adam GLAZE being one of them. SUSPECT Henry J.GLAZE of Knox Co.,Oh. was a grandson to Erhardt GLAZE.I'm MOST interested in another son of Erhardt GLAZE,son John, reported to have died in Wood Co.,Va. in 1816.Suspect this GLAZE was born abt.1760 Pa.?,may have recieved land for his Rev.War service in Md. I believe he had at least 4 sons, and a daughter born in Md. I suspect he moved to Wood Co.,Va. abt. 1800.Have the surname GLAZE in early 1800 records in Wood Co.,Va. until abt.1830. Believe these GLAZES moved to Highland,Licking, and other counties of Ohio. Suspect these GLAZES were "cousins" of the GLAZES of Knox.Co.,Oh. Have much more research to do.

    3. Hi Sue, Thank-you for the response. All I have is the 1850 census listing. It shows Daniel as being 48 years old which would put his birth at 1802. He lists his place of birth as New Jersey. Is this any help? Linda [email protected] wrote: Do you have anymore info on Daniel Wolfe? I have one that could be him but I don't have a wife or children for him.
