Hi Janice, your suggestions are good. I, too, check our every message in case my surnames married into other families. My question is about private and total list messages. At the top of my messages is a line of buttons, reply, replyall, forward etc. If I hit the reply button like with this message, does it just go out to only the person I am answering to, as compared to replyall that I presume goes out to the person as well as the entire list. Is that what is meant by private replies vs listserv replies.
