I am looking for the family, parents, siblings of William Wood (b.c.1760) and Mary Smith who married about 1775-1780. Their daughters Elizabeth and Hannah, both married Benjamin Whitehead Ladd (1782-1851). William Wood owned "Prospect Hill" a farm in Smithfield, Ohio, where he and Mary died. Benjamin Ladd was a Quaker from Charles City County, VA. The Wood and Smith families are probably Quakers from VA also. Any information on the Wood and Smith families would be very welcome.
