Pleasant twonship, near Emerson, who did not sell his coal lands when the principal part of the coal in his vicinity was taken some years ago at $20.to $25. per acre, last week closed a deal for the coal underlying his farm of something like 200 acres, for $100 per acres, a total of about $20,000 for the coal alone.
