Hello Charlotte, Schiappa Library is located in Steubenville, OH, right next to the Fort Steuben Mall. Terri Menzel's Jeff. Co., OH Gen Web page at: http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/1261/ has a map which shows the street and location in Steubenville. You could always print it out and refer to it if you visit. (One difference on the map is that Stoney Hollow Road has been changed to University Blvd. We local historians aren't too pleased as there are several references to this well known pioneer trail - and the obvious fact that the University isn't actually located on that road.)
