Hi, Does anybody know if an "Estate Settlement" in 1835 would be in the Probate Court or the Court of Common Pleas? I am looking for the info on Philip Saltsman. I have seen it referred to in someone else's research but need a copy for myself as it lists Philip's children and I'd like proof of them. Thanks, Janice
