Hello, I've been researching the DeGarmo surname for 25 years, and I have run across several Bell family members who married into the DeGarmo family. They all seemed to have lived in or around Jefferson County, Ohio. Yesterday I received an e-mail from a lady who said she found 41 Bell families in Jefferson County, OH. Are there any Bell descendants on this mailing list who are familiar with the names William Bell or Oscar Bell. William Bell b. Abt. 1823 married Maria Arabella DeGarmo b. Abt. 1825, and Oscar Bell b. December 8, 1856 married Sarah Jane DeGarmo b. February 11, 1855.
