I believe, (not documented) John to be the s/o Aaron GARRETSON b/1759 and Mary HAMMOND of York Co., PA. I have documented..my gg-gf as Joseph GARRETSON b/1824 m/Mary GREER. All I can find of his parents is from census... John of PA. and Mary of VA. In the Hx. of Stuebenville and Jeff Co., a bio of Joseph's son William Bates GARRETSON b/1847 gives a one liner........Joseph's father is JOHN of PA. Again thank you Audrey
