A second newspaper article I received today seems to be from a paper local to the Mt. Pleasant/Dillionville area. This is the notice of the marriage between Elizabeth Hamilton and Private Joseph KESSLER, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Kessler, Sr., 1049 Lincoln Ave (city not given). Elizabeth was the daughter of Marshall Hamilton. Marshall was the son of Andrew Jackson and Susan Hamilton. Dr. James K. LEITCH of Second United Presbyterian Church officiated. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT PERIOD DR. LEITCH SERVED AS PASTOR OF THIS CHURCH? The nuptials were held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. C.J. GERKER, 1522 Ridge Ave. (city not given).
