I don't have much except that William's father was Richard Taylor, m. Hariett McCutschan (sp?). William was born 9/13/1860 in Belmont Co., d 1953 in Martins Ferry, OH, married Val Irene Finney b. 2/1/1864, d. 1939. Thanks for any help.
