Bobbie, Yes, we have been receiving duplicates. I received three of the one below and 5 of the previous one. There are many reasons why that could be happening. In general, when I have those problems I just reboot the computer, and usually I actually shut it down and restart it as opposed to just restarting. Sadly, this often solves some of the problems. (I say sadly because this solution reflects poor software design.) You could be running low on disk space for your browser... etc. Regarding mail, I would suggest that for the time being you save your mail before sending it, and then after pressing send just be patient. If the sending message goes away, you can always verify that it was sent by checking your sent mail folder -- most e-mail software log them by default, so yours probably are as well.
