Sue, Looking at a web map of downtown Steubenville it looks like there is now a bridge where the landing was, and the Hogue street is no longer. (That is, no street shows up in the block in question.) I'm afraid I don't know much about steamboats, but I know there are others on the list who have similar ancestors.
