I did find one of my notations stating: >From an old newspaper, reel # B18 (they have since been re-labeled) Friday Oct. 4, 1895 page 9 Clement J. Roe wedding to Kate SIVARD. O. J. Brown administrator of estate of W. ROE." Also for the 1880 census Warren Twp. Wesley ROE age 23 and Charlotte age 19. Maybe this is the Charlotte who married Charels W. ROE..? I have these SHIVELY's in my notes also: 1850 Warren Twp Census...Richard Shively age 42, Jane 42, children: Sarah Ann 14 (who married George NEEL my ancestor), Henry Smith 12 (who married Louella Wells an ancestor of mine), John B. 10, George 8, and Forgus Richard 3. 1860 Warren Twp Census: George NEEL 29, Sarah Ann SHIVELY 23, Richard Shively 3, Martah 4.
