Thanks Sandra, I have Wm. Elliott and Martha Matilda Saltsman's marriage but she was supposed to have had a "Break of Promise" (marriage) from William McLennan by whom she had a son, Amos, in 1843. This is from a D.A.R. application by a descendant of Amos'. If Wm. McLennan married this Sarpta Dusion Dec. 11, 1845 Columbiana Co. maybe the "Break of Promise came between 1843 and 1845. Wm. was born in Columbiana Co.[That's the first time I have heard the name "Sarpta."] I'll have to see if I can get a copy of that document in Steubenville. Thanks again, Janice
