    3. Hello All, I see where Bridgette answered with the address for writing for a copy of this book. Jefferson County Historical Association Att: Bill Hanlin P.O. Box 4268 Steubenville, Ohio 43952-4268 It would be nice if she or one of the other members of JCHL could post ALL the books offered, as well as price, tax and shipping and handling. And also give a description such as content, #pages, whether indexed and limited copies. They have some really wonderful reprints including earlier histories such as the Steubenville Centennial (1897) and Steubenville Sesquicentennial (1797-1947). And they are still deciding to reprint the Pioneer book. Both Pioneer Collection and Pioneer Days are a must have for any personal library. Only problem, this group is closed for the winter and not scheduled to reopen until about the 2nd week of March 99. Let's see if we get a nibble from a dedicated member, might even encourage them to post a page with all the info or let Terri include it on her site? There is a little bit on info regarding this library on the Jefferson County Chapter, OGS web page under "Volunteer" as JCC OGS has members, Opal Conn, Dorothy Wells, and Charlie Green volunteering to man it. http://www.rootsweb.com/~ohjefogs And forgive me for repeating myself, but this library contains some material which is not housed at Schiappa or anywhere else, an excellent stop when researching in Jeff. Co., OH. Julia fkrutill@weir.net
