Barb, Yes, the Veterans' Hospital is in Allegheny County. Probably the hospital doesn't have it, but it should be at the court house in Pittsburgh. We have found that our local (area) Veterans' Administration can also get death certificates for family members. Check your phone book and give them a call. They can often make the contact and they have always been very nice to us.
