Hi, I also have Thompsons in my Family Tree. My mother's father was Charles Wesley Thompson, b. 22 May, 1875, married Effie Matilda Icenhood ("Isinghood"), d. 25 Dec, 1946. He lived in Green Twp. when they were first married. The rest of the time they lived and raised their children in Cadiz, Harrison County, OH. They had the following children: Cora Frances Thompson, Charles Boyd Thompson, Doyle Thompson, Emma Virginia Thompson (my mother), William Thompson (died at 9 hours old) and another infant son who died. He and my grandmother later divorced. His parents were George Thompson and Margaret Q. Busby. His siblings were: Jasper Thompson, Al Thompson, Stanton (Edward Stanton ?)Thompson, Walter Thompson. Other than a number of birthdates for the above, I have no other information. As you know, the Thompson name is hard to research unless specific names and places are known. Anyone sound familiar to anyone doing Thompson research? Ed Durbin Bobbie Reihsen wrote: > > Laura, I see you have a Thompson in your list of names.
