I'm still trying to get information on James C. SMITH, born 1790-1800, OH he married Anne Green, born 1790-1800, OH. I think he spent most if not all of his life in Jefferson County, Ohio. I'm not sure about Anne. Any help will be appreciated. Ron Smith
