Sarah, Try to find the oldest churches and search their records. If you know where your family is buried, search the church records, the oldest newspaper company. Talk with the older citizens, they know everything and will speak with you...seldom people search the minds of our seasoned citizens. If you see a Title Company... hit them too with tons of questions. Let the minister of the church know what you are looking for..they are incredible!
