SIVARD 12 Dec. 1879 Clement J. ROE who married a Kate (or Katherine) SIVARD about 4 Oct. 1895 >From an old newspaper article: Evert ROE funeral in East Liverpool 23 Apr 1914. C.W. ROE parents and gradfather was James SIVARD. Evert ROE was born in Rush Run and died there. The information I sent about the BUCEY/BUCY's was taken from the book 20th Century History Jefferson Co. The Margaret A. ROE who married the BUCEY was a sister of my g-g-grandfather Ebenezer ROE. Barb
