Judy,I wish I had some information for you, but I don't. I just started this genealogical search myself. I was born in Steubenville in 1957. My dad was a native Steubenvillian-born in 1922 @ my mother was born in Sydney,Australia in 1920. That's Robert J. Owings @ the fomer Dulcie E. Surrey,respectively. I'm doing intense research on both sides. Surnames on the paternal side include Owings,Bates,Campbell, & Forsha. Names on the maternal side include Surrey & Fencham.
