Does anybody know anything about William STROUD (b ca 1815 PA) and his wife Ecia Ann (---) (b ca 1817 OH)? They were in the 1850 census of Steubenville Twp., with: Rebecca Jane (ae 10) [1840-79], Susanna (ae 8), John (ae 6), Sarah M. (ae 4), Margaret (ae 2), and Thomas (ae 65, b PA). Rebecca Jane married (ca 1863) George W. FLOHR (8/1/1842-2/18/1925). I assume that William was a brother of James STROUD (b ca 1818) of Washington Co., PA.
